Job Description
Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Business Process Engineer. This role requires hands‑on process engineering support, including the facilitation of discovery workshops, redesigning processes, and documenting them accurately.
Job Title: Business Process Engineer
Type: Full‑time W2 Contract
Location: St. Louis, MO (3 days onsite)
Duration: 3+ months
Description: The role involves participation in planning activities tied to large‑scale process engineering deliverables and collaborating with client personnel to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting on and participating in moderately complex Process Engineering initiatives and deliverables.
- Assisting in large‑scale planning efforts related to process engineering activities.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating moderately complex process challenges, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to assess variable factors.
- Supporting the resolution of issues and partnering with cross‑functional teams to meet process engineering deliverables.
- Applying a solid understanding of Process Engineering principles, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitating discovery sessions to redesign future‑state processes.
- Creating and maintaining detailed process maps aligned with established process mapping standards.

- iGrafx (experience with iGrafx is a significant advantage)
- Strong understanding of process mapping standards and methodologies.
- Experience in facilitating discovery and future‑state design sessions.
Pay Range: $50–55 per hour (based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications, etc.)
