Axionova Engineering Limited is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering, with a specialization in system design and process improvement. This role focuses on evaluating and optimizing our systems and equipment, designing new processes, and ensuring that engineering projects meet our standards for quality, cost-effectiveness, and functionality.

• System and Process Analysis:
  Review and assess existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending streamlining opportunities.
• Equipment and Process Design:
  Evaluate current equipment and design new processes or systems that meet Axionovas needs in terms of output, cost, and quality.
• Cost Reduction:
  Make informed recommendations on new systems or designs that could help reduce production and operational costs.

  Partner with the engineering team to bring designs to fruition, ensuring that equipment and processes align with project requirements.
• Project Management:
  Oversee installation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining efficiency and adherence to budgets.

  Ensure all designs and implementations align with health and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Goal Achievement:
  Work toward key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives set by executives, aligning your work with Axionova's strategic goals.

• Educational Background:
  Bachelors degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Demonstrated experience in a similar design engineering role.

  Ability to read, interpret, and execute technical drawings and diagrams accurately.
