• Identify and pursue relevant bid opportunities and new leads with sales
• Set up CRM records and organize project folders
• Analyze project plans and specifications to develop clear, accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with estimators, sales, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Prepare professional, persuasive bid proposals
• Support the transition of awarded projects to the Operations Team
• Communicate with clients, and prospects
• Contribute to continuous improvement and follow established processes

• Some experience in environmental remediation, ecological restoration, or civil estimating (preferred, but not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow—ERC believes anyone can develop new skills with the right mindset and support
• Proficiency with estimating software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Integrity, accountability, and openness to feedback
