Part of a larger team delivering high‑quality Computer, Network, Storage, and End‑User Infrastructure technology solutions with ongoing support to the business. Independently completes infrastructure project assignments, plans, researches, evaluates, designs, and engineers the enterprise’s technology infrastructure. Provides technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations. Produces technical documentation, support and configuration. Manages, plans, and maintains technical platforms including upgrading systems, monitoring system performance, installing and configuring hardware.

Collaborates with other job families such as Project Managers, Architects, Solution Engineers, Technicians, and Business Analysts to deliver consistent, reliable technology solutions aligned with AEP’s standards, architectures, and best practices.

• Strong experience with mobile device management tools and processes
• Advanced knowledge of on‑premise Workspace ONE (Air Watch)
• Advanced knowledge of Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Advanced knowledge of Apple iOS and devices
• Good knowledge and familiarity with Android OS and devices
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines with mobile applications

• 3+ years of technical experience administering on‑premise Workspace ONE (Air Watch)
• 3+ years of technical experience implementing and administering Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• 2+ years of experience deploying and managing large Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments

Infrastructure Engineer Senior (SG7)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field (required).

Experience:

5 years of relevant work experience (required). An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Infrastructure Engineer Principal (SG8)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field (required).

Experience:

7 years of relevant work experience (required). An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Infrastructure Engineer Senior (SG7): $85,081 – $106,354
Infrastructure Engineer Principal (SG8): $96,110 – $124,941
