SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Join a leading civil engineering practice as a Lead Engineer/Department Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding regional operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and technicians across public infrastructure and private development projects
• Drive new business by identifying client opportunities, leading proposals and presentations, and securing contracts
• Foster lasting client relationships through regular engagement and industry events
• Collaborate with cross‑discipline teams (transportation, water, planning, landscape) to deliver integrated solutions
• Oversee project execution—timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
• Manage group-wide project finances and metrics
• Travel ~15% for inter-office, client, and business development meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ years in civil engineering, with demonstrated leadership
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (ideally multi‑state)
• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent judgment, creativity, and strategic vision
• Strong communicator and ethical leader
