Experience with 8D problem solving methodology, tool utilization (i.e. 5
Why, fishbone (cause and effect), etc.)Six Sigma knowledge, experience, certification highly desired
Experience on ESD desired
Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic)
The Quality Excellence of the Offers delivered to the customers.
The Quality Excellence of Supply Chain (from Supplier to Customers).The timely and effectively management of customer containment actions (Business Risk Escalation, Offer Safety Alerts…) .Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode.
Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs.Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector.
Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter.
Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector Provide solutions to increase Customer Satisfaction.
