Field Specialist – Columbus, OH Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems operate at optimum levels.
  • Work with programmers as needed to load updated files.
  • Provide exemplary customer service – our clients deserve the best.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and serve as the company’s face to clients.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree preferred, but experience and skill level are key.
  • Customer service experience is a must.
  • Positive attitude and aptitude to learn quickly.
  • At least 4 years of experience in AV/IT networking, including final product configuration, testing, and commissioning.
  • Programming audio‑visual equipment is not required but is a plus.
