Housekeeping helps families who don’t have time to clean their own homes. With a career in house cleaning, you will bring them joy and relief, and reward yourself in the process. No experience required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know using our proven process. Full‑time, no nights, no weekends, no holidays. A compensation plan that lets you control your income, with a guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 per hour and the potential to earn over $800 per week.

You’ll receive a weekly paycheck, paid time off up to 15 days per year, a $250 bonus after 60 days of satisfactory attendance, and a company car for work. All training and cleaning supplies are provided. Advancement opportunities are available from within.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Delight every customer by following our cleaning process; tips are possible.
• As a Team Lead, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the vehicle is stocked with all necessary housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Completed background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
• Bilingual preferred; must be able to communicate with clients.
