Event Assistant

The Event Assistant will help prepare and support promotional events from setup through completion. This position is suited for someone who enjoys an active environment, working with people, and contributing to a team.

• Assist with setting up event spaces, tables, displays, and signage
• Organize promotional materials and event supplies
• Help welcome attendees and provide basic event information
• Support customer engagement and promotional activities
• Distribute informational and promotional materials
• Maintain an organized and presentable event area
• Assist with event breakdown and organization of materials
• Gather attendee feedback and share observations with the team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and professional
• Reliable and comfortable working in an active environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous event, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus
