Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

We are looking for a Controller to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
• Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, including the development of long-term financial projections and annual budgets.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to the executive team on key business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor the company's financial performance and provide regular updates to the executive team.
• Manage the company's cash flow and ensure that adequate funds are available to meet operating needs.
• Oversee the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
• 8+ years of accounting experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
