• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Analyze revenue, costs, and key metrics to highlight trends and opportunities.
• Assist with monthly close activities and overall financial accuracy.
• Prepare transparent, insightful reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis around growth, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Help streamline processes and enhance financial visibility as the business scales.

• Background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of FP&A experience, ideally at PE, PE-backed, or fast-moving corporate environments.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial models.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Organized, adaptable, and motivated to take on expanding responsibilities.
