Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst
Location: Columbus Ohio – Hybrid
Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

I’m currently recruiting 2 Senior FP&A Analysts here in Columbus. In these roles, you'll take ownership of core financial processes including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and executive reporting. You’ll work cross-functionally with business leaders to ensure data-driven decisions that directly impact strategic goals.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with 2–3+ years of FP&A experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong technical skills in Planful
, Power BI
, and Net Suite
. M&A exposure and software implementation experience are strong pluses.

• Forecasting & Planning
  :
  Maintain the company’s financial planning and forecasting tools (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Partner closely with accounting and finance to ensure integrated planning and reporting
• Support accurate forecasting and budgeting processes, including identifying key business drivers

• Financial Analysis & Reporting
  :
  Analyze monthly financial results and variances against budget and prior year
• Develop and deliver timely reports using Power BI and other systems
• Prepare pro forma P&Ls, business plans, and ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders

• Month-End Close Support
  :
  Support the close process for fixed costs, ensuring accurate and timely journal entries and reconciliations
• Partner with accounting to review and post journal entries
• Contribute to the monthly executive financial package and board-level presentations

• Strategic Support
  :
  Collaborate with the CFO and leadership team to support M&A analysis, budgeting, and scenario modeling
• Support software implementation initiatives and process automation
• Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on key KPIs across departments
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational risks proactively

• 2–3+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong experience with Power BI analytics and dashboarding for FP&A
• Hands-on experience with Planful (or similar FP&A software) or Net Suite ERP
• Advanced Excel skills and fluency in financial modeling
• Familiarity with software implementation projects and M&A financial support
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing competing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

• Exposure to M&A transactions or due diligence support
