About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will build and manage relationships with clients, providing personalized financial planning and investment advice. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships by understanding their financial goals and needs.
• Provide customized investment strategies, retirement planning, tax‑efficient strategies, and risk management solutions.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and client objectives.
• Stay up to date with financial regulations, market trends, and new investment opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.

Qualifications & Licenses:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Required Licenses:
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 65/63 combination).
• Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
• 3+ years of experience as a financial advisor, investment consultant, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning strategies, and wealth management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a book of business and build a pipeline of new clients.
