Lifetime Quality Roofing is seeking a talented FP&A Senior Analyst to play a key role in driving financial performance across our residential and commercial roofing projects. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership and operations to provide actionable insights, influence strategic decisions, and support the growth and profitability of the business.

• Develop and maintain budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models
• Analyze revenue, margins, labor, material costs, and cash flow

• Prepare monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Identify trends and create KPIs related to job costing and profitability

• Work closely with operations, sales, and project teams to improve financial outcomes
• Support pricing decisions, bids, and margin improvement initiatives

• Improve financial reporting accuracy, timeliness, and automation
• Support enhancements to job costing systems and financial tools

• Ensure financial data accuracy and consistency with accounting policies
• Assist with audits and internal control requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
• Experience analyzing P&L statements and financial drivers
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with job costing and project margin analysis
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Quick Books, Sage, Net Suite, or similar)
• Experience with BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
