Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist II – Huntington National Bank

• Boarding of financial data to AFS for all commercial loans.
• Loan setup for commercial loans received from Commercial and Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, Private Client Group, Private Equity Group, Auto Finance, Asset Based Lending, and Special Assets.
• Boarding of loans to the AFS system through Velocity and CLOS upfront systems.
• Read and interpret complex legal documentation and underwriting analysis.
• Cross‑training to perform other functions within the team.
• Serve as an essential partner to the Business Loan Center, Legal, Segment Risk, and Credit Administration.
• Provide support to Loan Closers, ARA’s, Loan Administrators, Relationship and Portfolio Managers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a financial‑service related position.

• Experience in bank operations.
• Ability to work overtime during peak periods, usually end of month.
• Prior loan documentation review experience.
• Independent decision‑making skills.
• PC knowledge including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of financial transactions.
• Effective time management.
• Detail‑oriented and thorough.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Good attendance and dependability.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment adhering to service level agreements and quality requirements.
