TheOhio Department of Taxation is seeking multiple Tax Examiner Associates. What You’ll do as a Tax Examiner Associate:
- Serve as the "front line" for customer service by taking phone calls, responding to emails and live chats, and face-to-face interaction in our Welcome Center.
- Educate taxpayers by responding to written and verbal questions, attending outreach events, and helping create instructional materials.
- Learn all aspects of the taxes administered by Taxation (such as income tax, business tax, or employer withholding).

Undergraduate core program in business related field or public administration which included 2 courses in accounting; 3 mos. exp. in customer service.
