Job SummaryAs a Client Advisor with JP Morgan Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term relationships with financial advisors, particularly within the Edward Jones network. Your primary objective will be to build "clients for life" by collaborating closely with your Generalist Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and solutions to financial advisors in your territory. This role requires a consultative mindset, the ability to establish rapport, and a commitment to building and maintaining trust.
Job Responsibilities- Partner with Generalist Client Advisors and local Edward Jones leadership to effectively serve financial advisors.
- Operate within the Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) channel, focusing on Edward Jones Financial Advisors in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.
- Provide field sales coverage and support to clients, with a focus on growing relationships with newer Edward Jones financial advisors.
- Consult and position mutual funds, ETFs and Separately Managed Accounts and the full suite of JPM capabilities (DC plans and models) to increase assets under management.
- Communicate JP Morgan's insights on markets, retirement, and portfolio construction through programs like Guide to the Markets, Guide to Retirement, and Portfolio Insights.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years’ experience in internal or external wholesaling
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
- Series 7, Series 63
