Personal Property Tax Analyst position is a role in which the primary responsibilities would entail preparation of property tax returns utilizing software, spreadsheets, rate tables, systems and customized reporting; review and analysis of property tax assessment notices to minimize taxes and audit risk; and prepare tax bills for payment.

• Prepare and file annual personal property tax returns for various entities across the firm
• Analyze and submit associated personal property tax bills for payment
• Review and analyze asset listings and lien date transaction data to ensure that assets are properly classified
• File protests with the taxing jurisdiction as needed
• Research, analyze and resolve general ledger account reconciliations
• Ensure that all activities are completed prior to state imposed deadlines
• Extract Property tax data from legacy systems utilizing ad hoc reporting tools
• Analyze Property tax data from legacy systems to identify issues and trends
