Associate – Private Equity Acceleration

• Support commercial, operational, and financial due diligence efforts for private equity clients
• Build, maintain, and stress-test comprehensive financial models to support investment decisions
• Conduct detailed analyses of historical and projected financial performance and profitability
• Contribute to client deliverables, including presentations and performance improvement roadmaps
• Partner with senior team members to identify value creation opportunities and monitor execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or related analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Interest in private equity and business transformation

• Advanced degrees or professional certifications (MBA, CFA)
• Experience with data analytics tools
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
