Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for a CFO to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a seasoned finance leader to join the executive team and help shape the company's financial strategy and long-term growth, in a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH.

• Set and execute financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and executive leadership team
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning
• Lead capital structure decisions, financing strategy, and banking/investor relationships
• Ensure the integrity of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and accounting organization
• Evaluate M&A opportunities and lead financial due diligence as needed
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and other business leaders to drive performance
• Serve as a key financial voice in leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior CFO or senior finance executive experience
• Proven track record building financial strategy and infrastructure within a growing organization
• Strong background in financial reporting, capital planning, and executive-level communication
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presence

• A genuine hand in shaping company strategy, not just reporting on financial results
