Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages.
Partner with department leaders to monitor budgets, evaluate performance, and support financial objectives.
Conduct variance analysis and explain results against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Support executive leadership with scenario planning, business cases, and investment analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
Support mergers, acquisitions, due diligence activities, and other strategic initiatives as needed.
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
Participate in system upgrades, automation projects, and financial transformation initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial analysis, public accounting, or related fields.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms preferred.
Proven ability to analyze large data sets and present findings to senior leadership.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA designation preferred.
Experience supporting multi-site, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, or service-based organizations.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
