Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-booking reviews of loan documents to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
- Coordinate with Lending Advisors and Credit Executives for necessary approvals and completion of Initial Funding Forms
- Manage receipt and review of loan documents via email, ensuring original copies are sent to Wholesale Loan Services (WLS)
- Serve as the primary contact for issues during the booking process, ensuring loan requests are completed and funded
- Utilize applications and systems like Aurora, Connect, Dealworks, Doc Manager, and iCRD to manage and track loan documentation
- Schedule calls and email reviews to obtain closing deadlines and funding details, ensuring all necessary documentation is received
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Syndications Closing Unit and WM WLS Flow booking, to facilitate smooth booking processes
- Ensure all conditions in loan proposals are cleared before submission to WLS Booking
- Follow up regularly with WLS Booking to ensure timely completion of booking and funding processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in Dealworks and other systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in loan processing, credit risk management, or related financial services roles
- Familiarity with financial systems and applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
