STRS Ohio in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Post-Retirement Benefits Processing Account Representative to join the Member Benefits/Recipient Benefits Processing team. You will process death reports, determine beneficiaries, and pay lump-sum and monthly benefits.
Under supervision, you will review records, handle beneficiary changes, and respond to inquiries while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This is an onsite, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule with a comprehensive benefits package.
