Dispute Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Bureau Dispute Specialist to join their Consumer Credit Operations team. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and processing credit bureau disputes, ensuring customer credit information is accurate and compliant with reporting requirements. The team processes a high volume of disputes each month and plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of customer credit records.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with banking, credit, fraud, call center, or data processing experience who enjoys investigative work, problem-solving, and working in a structured environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of information.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
  Banking operations, Credit processing, Fraud investigations, Call center environments, Data entry or administrative processing roles
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn complex processes and navigate multiple systems.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.

• Previous experience handling credit disputes or credit reporting functions.
• Familiarity with consumer lending products, including credit cards and installment loans.
• Knowledge of e-OSCAR or similar dispute management platforms.
