Junior Financial Analyst - Recent Graduates & Internship Experience Welcome!

Are you a recent graduate ready to launch your career in financial services? This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting financial advisors and branch employees with retirement accounts, financial products, and client inquiries. Candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply!

Pay Rate Range: $20-$23/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from financial advisors and branch employees regarding Retirement Services.
• Research and resolve inquiries using internal and external resources.
• Assist with questions related to retirement accounts, contributions, distributions, and tax procedures.
• Follow established procedures and route requests to the appropriate teams.
• Escalate complex issues for further research and resolution.
• Build strong professional relationships while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to handle challenging interactions professionally.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply new knowledge.
• Relevant internship experience will be considered —
  you don't need years of professional experience to apply!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or experience in financial services, banking, or brokerage.
• Familiarity with retirement products or financial accounts.
