We have a strong behind the scenes team working for you. This dedicated team schedules your appointments, orders your supplies, coordinates your ongoing training, handles all of the day-to-day spa business so you can focus on your clients - and your income.

Our rapid integration process understands you want to get moving. We have an accelerated onboarding program for experienced LMTs, and we can help you make your transition to Kenneth’s smooth and effective. We even have a guaranteed hourly rate to help you transition. In as little as two to six weeks, you could be working in one of our nine world-class locations around greater Columbus!

As an experienced LMT, we also understand you may have concerns over “signing your life away.” Harsh contracts can make it a challenge to consider working for a certain salon or spa. We offer a very fair non-solicitation agreement that DOES NOT have a proximity clause telling you where you can or cannot work. More importantly, your clients you bring with you are not part of your agreement!
