• Personalized Care and Support. Provide care that focuses on each individual's needs. Encourage independence and inclusion.
• Community Integration. Help individuals in being active and involved in their community.
• Empowerment Through Skill Development. Support learning in life skills, communication, and confidence building.
• Behavioral Support with Dignity. Use positive behavior strategies that show respect and care. Respond to challenges with empathy and support.
• Be an Advocate. Support the rights, choices, and voices of individuals. Encourage independence and decision-making.

• Education:
  
  2-year degree preferred.
• Passion for Inclusion. You believe in supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting community inclusion.
• Experience. Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
• Skills:
  
  Good communication, problem-solving, and flexibility to support individual needs.

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proficiency in English.
