We invite you to join a newly established laboratory focused on radiation immunology and cancer biology. The lab investigates how radiation therapy reshapes the tumor immune microenvironment, with particular emphasis on macrophage-targeted immunotherapies and advanced preclinical models using cutting‑edge technologies.

The Research Associate will play a key role in building and supporting this new research program, performing a wide range of laboratory experiments, assisting in establishing and maintaining daily operations of the laboratory, and supporting ongoing mouse and cell biology studies.

• Perform in vitro experiments including cell culture, flow cytometry preparation, PCR, and western blotting
• Assist with in vivo studies including tumor implantation, injections, irradiation coordination, monitoring, and tissue collection
• Maintain cell lines, reagents, and lab stocks
• Conduct data collection and basic data analysis
• Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records
• Assist with ordering, equipment maintenance, and general lab organization
• Participate in research team meetings and assist with training students as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s Degree or PhD in oncology, immunology, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new techniques.
• 1 year of relevant experience.

• Experience with mouse handling or in vivo tumor models.
• Experience with flow cytometry or radiation biology.
• Familiarity with scientific record‑keeping and laboratory safety practices.
