• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' well‑being as needed.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Participate in and lead resident engagement activities to enrich their lives.

• Previous caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, or a similar setting.
• A compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to resident care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A desire to contribute to a culture of respect, joy, and support.
