Job Title

Research Associate

Medicine | IM Cardiovascular Medicine

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lab Manager and oversee daily operations of a cardiovascular research laboratory focused on molecular, cellular, and genetic mechanisms of cardiovascular disease.
• Support the Principal Investigator (PI) and research team by managing laboratory logistics, mouse colonies, data workflows, and regulatory compliance.
• Be highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively across multiple projects.

Minimum Requirements
  • Master’s degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant laboratory experience
  • Experience with mouse colony management and molecular biology techniques
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with genomic datasets and bioinformatics tools
  • Proficiency in R, Python, and data visualization platforms
  • Prior experience in cardiovascular or vascular biology research
