Purpose:

Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records. Specialty:

Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.

• Welcome patients
• Register patients
• Gather insurance, check demographics
• Soft collections
• Answering incoming calls EPIC

• Education:
  
  High school graduate or equivalent
• Licensure / Certification: N/A
• Experience:
  
  One to two years of medical office experience preferred
• Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred
• Basic computer skills required
