At Columbus Oncology and Hematology Associates (COHA) our mission is to improve the lives of those who are living with cancer and blood disorders. We are currently searching for a talented individual to join our medical assistant team that can help us achieve this mission.
The ideal candidate will possess a spirit of excellence, clinical competence, flexibility, and dependability. Our medical assistants have good working relationships with our providers at our three locations, Columbus, Dublin, and Westerville to provide excellent care to our patients.

Essential Duties:- Room patients andobtainvitals, patient history, and reason for seeking care.
- Prepare lab and radiology andacquirelab and x-ray reports.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to emergent situations per protocols.
- Maintain work area, exam rooms, and supplies.
- Perform basic triage per specific office protocol procedures.
- Medical Assistant
Experience:
Two Years - Certified Medical Assistant in Ohio preferred
- BLS Certification
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge of computerized information systems
- Knowledge of CPT & ICD-10 coding procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology
