• Provide programmatic support services for the Case Management & Social Work areas covering patients at The James Cancer Hospital.
• Coordinate discharge plan implementation, prior authorization, scheduling, data entry and other PCRM/SW extender functions at the direction of the Patient Care Resource Manager and/or Social Worker.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Experience in assisting with patient care operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with EPIC preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and human relations skills; self-motivated and professional customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload.

Hours:

40. Shift: First Shift.
