Therapist LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC

Empower Behavioral Health & Intervention is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinician to join our dynamic, center-based team.

In this school-like setting, the clinician will provide comprehensive services including assessment, treatment planning, case management, and individual counseling to individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.

The clinician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including behavior analysts, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, educators, school partners, developmental disability boards, and agency leadership.

Responsibilities also include conducting risk assessments, coordinating care across various client needs, connecting families with resources and supports, and actively participating in both internal and external stakeholder meetings.

The role requires direct client service to meet productivity expectations and regular participation in team-based case review meetings. Experience assessing and treating co-occurring and comorbid conditions is highly valued.

• Licensed through the State of Ohio as an LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC.
• Strong communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in navigating electronic health records and computer systems.
• Ability to maintain clear boundaries with clients and demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and organization.

  Full-time
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8am–4:30pm with periodic required flexibility based on client/parent need.
• Work location:
  
  Empower Autism Intervention Center (North Columbus or Dublin)
• Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (base pay commensurate with licensure, education, and experience).
