Physical Therapist Assistant – $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus
Position: Physical Therapist Assistant
Location: 3773 Olentangy River Rd, Columbus, OH 43214
Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary)
Compensation: $24.00 – $40.00 hourly, based on experience
Incentives: $5,000 sign‑on bonus, $200 monthly tuition assistance
Our Nova Care Rehabilitation outpatient orthopedic center seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide top‑notch patient care for all ages and abilities.

- Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by the State Practice Act.
- Implement high‑quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision in accordance with physical therapy principles and company policies.
- Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients, enhancing client relationships.
- College graduate of an accredited PT assistant program.
- Pass national exam for PTAs (CAPTE).
- Valid state PTA license (or license in process).
- CPR certification.
