We’re seeking two DSP’s who are self-driven and motivated to ensure that the clients are engaged with daily activities they enjoy outside of the home. The clients are energetic and active, they enjoy playing basketball, park walks, going to COSI, vampire movies, and cooking. Due to the personal care needs and privacy considerations of the clients, this position requires a caregiver who is able to provide assistance in a manner consistent with their gender-specific support preferences.
QualificationsMust be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
Valid Driver’s License and automotive insurance.
Successful completion of BCI and Criminal Background Check.
Ability to participate in and pass the Medication Administration Course.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Willing to assist individuals with disabilities with daily functions within their home, could include cleaning, cooking, and providing personal care.
General Requirements For All Positions- Responsible for daily review, update, and completion of assignments as outlined in work management platforms, and departmental software.

The following duties are the primary duties associated with this position, however this position does require additional tasks as assigned that are necessary and appropriate to enhance and normalize the lives of individuals:
Perform varied duties as necessary and appropriate to enhance and normalize the lives of those we support.
Inspire life journeys and cultivating valued roles for all people.
Perform tasks and duties according to the Individual Service Plan (ISP) and prioritize and organize tasks to achieve goals outlined in the ISP.
Assist with personal care and grooming, including bathing, hair care, and toileting.
Complete medication administration, as applicable.
Assist with daily home tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, and additional errands.
Transport individuals to medical, recreational, religious, vocational, and other community experiences.
Complete all necessary documentation according to policies and guidelines.
Perform individual lifting and transferring, as needed.
Complete reasonable assignments, duties, and trainings
Clock in daily via Advisor Anywhere as per the EVV Medicaid mandates.
Review assigned location emails during each shift and complete assigned tasks, as applicable.
Attend assigned location meetings, trainings, and recertifications trainings, as scheduled.
Support new hires through shadowing, as assigned.

Pay Range:Starting at $16.00/hour + $0.25 per year of experience in the field (maximum two years)
Hours:Two Positions Available:
Monday–Thursday: 7am – 4pm
Friday–Sunday: 7am – 9pm
