Physical Therapist - IRP 2

Hours:
0.2, Shift: Varying Shifts
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide a wide variety of treatment techniques to patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, neurogenic disorders, orthopedic problems, burns, amputations or chronic pain.
- Educate and support families regarding rehabilitation goals and progress.
- Facilitate continuing care planning and coordinate services with attending physicians, nurses, case managers, and other participants in patient care.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and outcomes management activities to improve service delivery.
- Licensed professional physical therapist with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Clearance through the National Database of Practitioners and maintenance of professional licensure.
- Preferred 1–2 years of experience working in a medical setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and proficiency in technical, interpersonal, and cognitive skills required for essential job functions.
- Final candidates must successfully complete a background check; a drug screen or physical may be required during the post‑offer process.
