Travel RN - Telemetry - Progressive Care Unit

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position requiring strong MS/Tele background and an OH or compact state RN license.

Job Details

• Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital,

• Patient population includes those requiring progressive cardiac monitoring,

• Approximate nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5,

• Schedule consists of 3x12 hour night shifts, with weekdays, occasional weekends, and rotating holidays,

• Must float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed,

• Epic EMR is used for documentation,

Job Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required,

• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience required,

• 4 years of recent MS/Tele experience required for consideration,

• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS required,

• Experience with IV starts and telemetry monitoring required,

• Previous travel RN experience preferred,

Additional Information

• Primary responsibilities include providing advanced cardiac and progressive care nursing to PCU patients,

• Must be able to work assigned holidays and periods without requested time off between 2/15/26 and 2/28/26,

• Familiarity with the Epic documentation system is necessary,
