Base Pay Range
$16.00/hr – $20.00/hr
Location & ShiftsSouth Side, IN – Evening 4pm–11pm;
Part-time or full-time available.
- Companionship & Personal Care: conversation, bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence, walking assistance.
- Household Support: meals prep, light housekeeping, laundry, cleaning up meal items.
- Health & Logistics: medication reminders, errands, attend appointments, specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia/Hospice care.
- Reporting: document daily activities, communicate changes, maintain regular communication with supervisor.
- Paid New‑Hire Training & Continuing Education.

- Valid driver’s license or state ; auto insurance if driving clients.
