Job Description

Psych Pros is currently recruiting for an LPN in the Medina, OH area. In this role, you will be working as a member of an interdisciplinary team made up of dedicated professionals in a community mental health clinic.

Primary duties would include:

• Assess clients to determine psychiatric and medical needs.
• Provide education to consumers on medications prescribed.
• Provide client advocacy as needed.
• Maintain secure access of the medication room.
• Complete ordering of medications and distribute to clients as directed by the psychiatrist.
• Update treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Active LPN in the State of Ohio.
• Active Driver's License.
• Ability to work within an electronic medical documentation system.

Preferred:

• One year experience working in a community mental health setting or hospital with clients with mental healthcare needs.
• Strong communication skills.

This is a full-time position. Hours of operation are Mon‑Friday from 8a‑5p.
