• Communicate directly with payors to follow up on outstanding underpayments and file appeals.
• Identify root causes of underpayments, denials, and delayed payments, working with the client team to address issues.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal insurance regulations and payor‑specific requirements.
• Document all activities accurately in the client’s host system or tracking system.
• Demonstrate problem‑solving skills to resolve underpayments and meet productivity standards.

• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the physician insurance industry or revenue cycle management.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional presence.
• Ability to adapt to multiple client host systems and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Internal drive to succeed and demonstrate integrity and honesty.
• Experience in revenue cycle management or related fields.
• Familiarity with automated and manual methods of identifying underpayments.
