Reporting to the Director of Imaging Services, this Associate Director will foster a just culture and culture of innovation to develop an effective and reliable hospital imaging program across the OSUWMC system. This Associate Director will develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives, process improvement initiatives, and patient care processes and initiatives aimed at creating best in class services on behalf of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
This individual is responsible for operations, financial management, quality and safety, compliance, patient experience, and employee engagement for hospital imaging across the system, including University Hospital, the James Cancer Hospital, East Hospital, Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital, and the Brain and Spine Hospital.

Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Science or related field of study. American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Ohio Department of Health Radiology License and one advanced registry required (Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Computed Tomography, Nuclear Med, Sonography). 7 years of relevant experience required. 12 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
