Home Health Aide (HHA) / STNA – Delaware, OH

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Saturday

Shift Options: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a mature, dependable, and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or STNA to provide quality in-home care and assistance to a client in Delaware, Ohio.

The client prefers a mature caregiver who is reliable, patient, respectful, and committed to providing compassionate, dependable care.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide mobility assistance and help maintain a safe home environment
Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and basic errands
Provide companionship and emotional support
Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the care team
Follow individualized care plans and maintain proper documentation
Assist with daily routines and personal care as needed
Communicate appropriately with the client, family members, and care team

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field
HHA or STNA certification preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
Strong communication and time-management skills
Patient, compassionate, and respectful approach to caregiving
Ability to consistently work the required schedule

Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits
