Why should thoughtful rituals associated with five-star resorts and destination spas be limited to a resort? At Solterra Wellness Club, we are bringing that level of care to The Galaxy at Polaris - inside an integrated wellness community built around Strength. Stillness. Renewal.

We are hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for full-time or part-time W-2 schedules. Service compensation is approximately $62-$98 per completed treatment, based on our planned menu, plus 100% of guest gratuities. Approved training and assigned non-service time are paid at $25 per hour.

You do not need previous five-star spa experience. You do need the desire to deliver care at that level.

Massage at Solterra is more than moving from appointment to appointment. Each visit may include a personalized consultation, welcome tea, VOYA-inspired foot or body rituals, customized massage, aromatic or heated elements, therapeutic or recovery-focused protocols, and post-treatment tea.

Therapists can also work within a broader wellness ecosystem that includes infrared sauna, heated stone loungers, facials, red light therapy, movement, nutrition, medical wellness, and IV therapy. We will train you in Solterra protocols and hospitality standards.

• Listen closely, assess goals and contraindications, and customize each treatment
• Deliver technically strong, attentive massage within Ohio scope of practice
• Maintain professional boundaries, accurate documentation, and calm guest-ready rooms
• Provide thoughtful aftercare and contribute to a consistent hospitality experience
• Collaborate with Solterra's movement, recovery, skin, and wellness teams

Required:

• Active Ohio Massage Therapy license in good standing

We value strong fundamentals, anatomy and contraindication knowledge, client listening, dependable follow-through, professional boundaries, and a genuine desire to keep learning. Experience with therapeutic massage, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, sports massage, lymphatic work, stretching, or other advanced modalities is helpful but not required.

We welcome experienced therapists and talented newer therapists with excellent fundamentals.
