Community Medical Services (CMS) is urgently hiring a Case Manager to help individuals with addictions gain access to care. You’ll be the primary contact for behavioral health services outside counseling, including intake, wellness checks, and insurance needs.
Under the Clinic Manager, you’ll coordinate internal support, screen potential clients, schedule intake, assist with required forms, monitor Medicaid paperwork, and facilitate transfers to CMS locations and MAT programs.
