We're looking for a founding Radiography Technology - Program Director who wants to build a new program from the start.
Please DO NOT apply if you don't have these requirements:
- Master's degree or higher (radiologic science or related field)
- ARRT Certification in Radiography
- 5 years of radiographer experience or imaging science in healthcare setting
- 2 years of experience teaching in a JRCERT accredited program
Relocation assistance offered (to help candidates move to the Columbus area).

This is a permanent full-time position for a Program Director of Radiography (radiologic science program).
Schedule:
M-F, 40-hours per week
Hours:
9a-5p (mix of hybrid, in-person, some remote)
Location:
Dublin, OH
Salary:
Pay is negotiable (based on candidates credentials, academic experience, practice experience, and degree)
- Oversees the structure and daily operation of the program, including organizations, administration, periodic review, and evaluation, continued development, and general effectiveness of program curricula.
- Ensure the effectiveness of all clinical affiliates/clinical education centers is maintained.
- Act as a liaison between the clinical agencies and the college maintaining open lines of communication with the Clinical Coordinator.
- Maintain and encourage valid evaluation of each student by clinical instructor, department managers, and students.
- Ensure the program is viable and meets the standards of JRCERT.
- Maintain ARRT certification
- Current or former Radiography Program Director, Radiologic Technology Program Chair, Clinical Coordinator, Director of Clinical Education, or Radiography Faculty
- Registered Technologist in Radiography (RT(R), ARRT); an Ohio Department of Health radiologic license, or eligibility for one
- Master's degree in radiologic science, education, health administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of clinical radiography experience and 2+ years of teaching in a JRCERT-accredited program
- Experience with JRCERT accreditation, self-studies, site visits, and interim reports
- Experience with curriculum design, ASRT curriculum alignment, energized lab setup, radiation safety, and clinical tracking systems (Trajecsys)
- Has built clinical affiliations with hospitals and imaging centers
- Has improved ARRT pass rates, retention, and job placement
- Experience with program budgeting, faculty hiring, scheduling, academic advising, and advisory committees
- Has launched a new program or expanded one (preferred)
- Open to relocating to Columbus, OH
