Role:
The Prosigna Sales Training Manager designs and executes comprehensive training programs for Veracyte's sales teams, focusing on onboarding, ongoing development, and product knowledge enhancement to support commercial objectives in the diagnostics/oncology space.
- Developing training content (both online and in-person)
- Leading classroom sessions
- Supporting new hire integration via ride-alongs
- Analyzing training effectiveness
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- 7+ years in medical/biotech/pharma sales training
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in adult learning principles
- Instructional design and virtual training platforms
- Ability to travel 15-25%
- Experience with breast cancer diagnostics or related therapeutic areas
- Prior Veracyte exposure
- Regional/national trainer experience
focus on diagnostics within oncology, specifically breast cancer, with a strong emphasis on sales enablement, compliance, and virtual/onsite training modalities.
The role can be based in San Diego, South San Francisco, or remote in the US.
