Must-Have:
Experience with Medivator and all areas of sterile processing including decontamination and assembly of instruments.
Experience with sterilization processes (sterrad and steam) and high-level disinfection.
Censitrac tracking system experience required.
Description:
We are seeking candidates who have a strong background in sterile processing.
Candidates should have experience in decontamination of a variety of surgical instruments, including drills and scopes.
Applicants must feel comfortable assembling instruments from various service lines, including trauma and loaners.
Knowledge of the sterilization process using both sterrad and steam methods is necessary.
Experience with high-level disinfection and scope processing is required.
Candidates should be familiar with sterile storage and OR liaison responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience tracking instrumentation and sterilized equipment across facilities.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, busy environment is essential.
All candidates must have experience working in a similar environment.
A strong commitment to infection control and ensuring aseptic techniques is crucial.
Candidates should be prepared for the urgency of credentialing processes.
