Description:
The position involves providing care in a behavioral health setting.
Staff will utilize trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques.
Candidates will work with patients experiencing various psychiatric conditions.
This includes schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation.
Staff will be part of an interdisciplinary team including physical therapy and social services.
The role requires managing patient safety utilizing appropriate restraints when necessary.
Successful candidates must demonstrate proficiency in medication administration and crisis intervention.
Ability to work weekends is required, and schedule flexibility is necessary.
Two professional references are required, with at least one from a leadership position.
