AUTO OFFER JOB: RN-PCU
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- At least 1 year of high-acuity PCU experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
- Oncology experience preferred but not required
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Must float to units of equivalent or lower acuity
- Strong infection prevention and fall prevention practices
✅ Required Clinical Skills:
- Telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Rapid response/code team utilization
- Central line, PICC, port, and peripheral IV management
- IV starts and blood product administration
- Heparin protocols and cardiac drip management
- PCA pumps and feeding tube management
- Chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula
- ABG interpretation and tracheostomy care
⭐ Preferred Skills:
- Chemotherapy administration and monitoring
- Arterial line management and phlebotomy
- Wound care/wound vacs and surgical drains
- IV insulin protocols and insulin drip titration
- Non-invasive airway management.
